Factor in the potential cost of repairs so that even if there is something wrong with the watch you will still come out ahead. It's way too much of a hassle and time consuming to actually deal with warranty repairs from overseas greymarket dealers so you are better off getting the watch repaired locally. My rule of thumb for buying greymarket watches is only buy if the price of the watch is around half of what its local price or price from an AD would be. Your warranty will be provided by the greymarket dealer (e.g. The watches are still 100% authentic, but you no longer get an official manufacturers warranty. When their sales are short or they need to clear out excess stock they will often offload watches to grey market dealers such as jomashop at a fraction of their price just so they can maintain their AD licence. Authorised dealers usually need to sell a certain amount of stock during a period to maintain their licence for a particular brand. The no factory warranty just means they are grey market watches.
